Saturday 8th and running last week’s Derwent Round clockwise. An early start for this run at 06:30. I was awake early and after breakfast thought, why not make a start? The temperature was cooler too on an otherwise warm day. Very quiet at that time of day as might be expected and nothing particularly eventful happened. I was determined to run the full length but in the event stopped and walked 1.4 m from the finish. Still, according to moves app it is my all time record distance of 14.7 miles running and 2 miles walking.
